AIESEC India has two recruitment cycles annually, the first in the months of January-February and the second in the months of July-August. Although the recruitment of members is biannual, you can apply to go on an internship through AIESEC India anytime of the year.
The Application Process
1.Begin the membership process by clicking here to launch the registration form.
2.Fill all the mandatory questions in the form and submit.
3.You will be contacted by the local office for a Group Discussion and/or Team Activity.
4.If selected you will advance to the Personal Interview stage.
5.If selected you will receive a letter of acceptance with a joining date from the President of that particular local office.
Requirement Specifications for AIESEC Membership.
1.The new recruit should be between 16-22 years of age (Note: The age limit for a person interested in going on exchange is 28).
2.It is mandatory for a new recruit to attend a day-long Local Training Seminar followed by a week-long Regional Leadership Development Seminar right after the selection process.
3.A member should devote a minimum of 4 hours per week to AIESEC activities.
4.It is also mandatory for the member to attend a weekly/biweekly General Body Meeting for his/her local office.
