Our objective is to target our country’s youth, the Global entrepreneurs of tomorrow, and help them enrich their lives by providing them with a holistic international experience which would help them in their future endeavors. This initiative will challenge their worldview and help them gain a unique combination of multi-cultural, social and entrepreneurial experience during the formative years of their lives.
Global Internship Program
AIESEC interns stand apart from the average young person, having gone through a life changing experience. It not only offers avenues for professional growth and learning but aims at developing culturally sensitive and socially responsible leaders for tomorrow. AIESEC handles all logistics pre-arrival as well as ongoing communication and community involvement for the intern for the duration of the placement.

Talent Pre-Selection
All candidates in AIESEC’s talent pool are selected based on their education, skills, language certifications, and leadership experience by a review board.
Needs Identification
Your students identifies the desired internship profile specifying education, languages, skills, work experience, geography, duration and timing needs.
Internship Selection/Placement
AIESEC will start offering short listed internship matching your mentioned preferences. The final decision is always yours.
Pre-Departure
AIESEC runs interns through cultural preparation, integrating and goal setting seminars.
Cultural Integration and Ongoing Services
This is a key characteristic that sets AIESEC’s program apart. Interns have an intense development experience through local community involvement. AIESEC facilitates service evaluations for the intern before, during and after.

GEP projects offers students to work in the projects with their chosen skill sets. The challenging environment that these projects provide will help students to develop on their competencies.
Awareness
Working on issues like Child Rights, CSR, HIV-AIDS, Cultural Exchange and Entrepreneurship helps students understand and confront these confounding global problems.
Entrepreneurial Advantage
